First time there! Won’t be my last! The service was impeccable!! we played trivia and had a blast!!
It has been a while since I have been here.The food was very good, I ordered the brisket poutine and it was yum. The service was great. They offer flights of beer and whiskey for the indecisive. They also have electronic dart games, a pooltable, and video gambling.
Good food and beer selection. The shrimp was deliciously seasoned. The bock reminded me of beers from EU which made me happy.
Had read that the burgers were great so came in with high expectations.. and, yessiree they were. Smashed and cooked perfectly, with perfectly cooked fries and a garlic aioli that was amazing! O, and we randomly asked if they had chipotle mayo... and they did!!! Service was 5 stars as well. Will return.
Our group came in last night and we had a great experience. Leah made some awesome mocktails. We had fun with the darts. Traveling for work, but if I lived near this taproom it would be my regular go-to. I didn’t get a photo of the beautiful cocktails, but here’s a pic of the NA tequila. Really, I am leaving this review just to give the a shout out to Leah! Best margs and NA margs!
I must admit, I was skeptical about finding an exceptional tap house in Mundelein, Illinois - but this spot truly impressed me! From their impressive selection of 12 beers on tap, to a delicious and diverse food menu, it was an all-around great experience. And the service was top-notch too! Surprised and delighted, I'd definitely recommend a visit.
Accidentally discovered Oak Trail Taphouse today and I'll definitely return. Double Smash burger and fries! Perfection! Friendly and attentive staff. Service was quick, atmosphere relaxing and not rushed. Can't wait to try more menu items. Great place in downtown Mundelein!
We came as out of towners from Texas and loved it here. They have good tequila and mezcal drinks (hard to find around here). The beer selection on tap was excellent as well. The bartenders were really friendly and it felt like a good atmosphere.
